"I can not tell you how happy we were with our home from Greenleaf Homes. Tony is such a wonderful man to work with and his wife is a jewel. We bought our home when only the choice of carpet was left and there wasn't a thing we would have changed about the color scheme, layout, landscaping, etc. It was perfect. The craftsmanship can not be compared to any other builder in the area, he outshines them all. If you wanted to buy a home with all the upgrades that Tony does, most builders would be charging much more for the same quality of work. There was not one small detail that he overlooked. He thought of everything from wall sockets to light placement, he did not skip on the small stuff just to save money. After living in a Greenleaf home, one can honestly appreciate the fact that he builds homes that he would want to live in. He not only sold us the home but was always there if we had a question or concern about anything. "Tony Brazil is a very professional, organized, and reasonably priced builder. Building of the house went very smooth with no major issues. He always had job material on the jobsite when the subcontractors needed it. Subcontractors always showed up when Tony said they would. Didn't have to worry about the subcontractors not showing up or dragging there job out. Tony was always on the jobsite several times a day and willing to answer any question I had about the house. House was completed on time and within the budget. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tony Brazil to build your next home!!
